Renowned storyteller onstage at Blackwater Falls State Park July 20
DAVIS, W.Va. — Bil Lepp, a nationally renowned storyteller and five-time West Virginia Liars’ Contest champion, will bring his outrageous and humorous tall tales to Blackwater Falls State Park for a free, family friendly performance July 20.
Lepp’s stories are hilarious, insightful and often contain morsels of truth about politics, religion, relationships and human nature. His op-ed commentaries in the Charleston Gazette mirror his onstage humor and wit.
A storyteller and author, Lepp is also an award-winning comedian and recording artist, and has been recognized by The Parents’ Choice Foundation, The National Parenting Publications Assoc., Storytelling World and the Public Library Assoc. He has been featured many times at the National Storytelling Festival, the Smithsonian Folklife Festival and major storytelling and corporate events across the country.
