There’s only one rabbit that moves faster than the Easter Bunny -- and that’s the White Rabbit when he’s looking for Easter eggs with his Wonderland friends.

The Putnam County Parks and Recreation Commission will host a Wonderland Egg Hunt at the Valley Park Wave Pool Park in Hurricane on Saturday, April 8, from 11 a.m. until 2 p.m.

The free event will include more than 8,000 eggs hidden in two fields: one for ages 1 to 5 and a second for ages 6 to 10. Egg hunts will get underway promptly at 11:15 a.m.

Also on site will be Wonderland characters from Putnam Princess Parties from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., vendors, refreshments, video games from Tri-State Game Trailer and more.
